House of Hair Booking, Cancellation & Adjustment Policy

Booking Fee

A $50 booking fee is required to reserve all appointments. This fee secures your time slot and protects the time specifically set aside for your service.

 

Your booking fee is applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

 

Because appointment slots are limited, the booking fee is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled after the confirmation timeframe.

Appointment Confirmations & Cancellations

Clients will receive a confirmation text approximately one week before their appointment.

 

  • If you cancel at the time of confirmation, the $50 booking fee will be retained

  • If you confirm your appointment and later cancel the day before, or do not show up, 50% of the scheduled service total will be due

  • If you confirm and fail to arrive for your appointment without notice, it will be treated as a no-show

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings

 

This policy helps protect the reserved time and allows House of Hair to continue providing dedicated, one-on-one luxury service appointments.

Service Adjustments & Satisfaction Policy

Client satisfaction is always the priority.

 

If you are unhappy with your service, House of Hair is happy to provide a complimentary adjustment appointment within a few weeks of your original service to address reasonable concerns.

 

Please note:

 

  • The original service remains chargeable and is not refunded

  • Complimentary adjustments are intended to refine or correct the original result, not provide an entirely new service

  • Concerns must be communicated within a reasonable timeframe so the service can be assessed and corrected properly

 

This allows us to make it right while honoring the time, product, and artistry already invested in your appointment.
